Estonia Incorporation Guide

1. Cost of establishing an Estonia LLC (corporation) (without a visit with an e-resident card): 700 euros
2. Estonia business address service (1 year): 300 euros
3. Estonian Contact Person service (1 year): 400 euros
3. Estonian Government State Fee: 190 Euros
4. Advice on establishment and case follow up: 400 euros

Estimated time required for incorporation:

1) Establishment preparation, document check, KYC confirmation, etc.: 2-3 business days
2) Establishment process: 1-2 business days

Estonia visa related

For non-European nationals applying for a visa to Estonia, there are short-term and long-term visas.
A short-term visa is a D-Visa issued for the purpose of staying for a period of less than 6 months per year. To apply, the employer must register with the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board. 

In order to apply for a longer stay, you need to obtain a residence permit. For the first two years, you can apply for a long-term visa.
