2. Articles of incorporation and documents required for registration of establishment

3. Notarization fee at a notary office

4. VAT and VIES registration

5. Opening of capital account and bank account

Expected duration:

4-6 weeks

Required documents for establishment:

1. Copy of the passport of the shareholder/director

2. Authentication of the copy of the passport of the shareholder/director (copy of passport certificate)

3. Proof of address in English (abridged) for the shareholder/director within the last three months.

4. Fill out the application for incorporation (separate form provided)

Procedure:

1. Submit the required documents of the shareholder/director to be registered.

2. Pay the incorporation fee.

3. Confirm the availability of the company name and finalize it.

4. Sign and submit the company incorporation documents prepared by CJ to CJ.

5. Receive the documents and proceed with the incorporation.

6. Complete the company incorporation.

7. Open a bank account.
